Since 1998, KB Capital’s principals have remained exclusive to investment properties and been directly involved in more than 2000 property advisory assignments with transactional experience through more than 600 properties worth an estimated $1B.
The founder and managing partner developed his 25 years of experience exclusive to the Investment Real Estate industry as a service provider in brokerage and consultation at the firm of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Services Company. This same work ethic, business strategy, and specialized focus, continues today to best leverage our extensive knowledge, experience, and track record to source, acquire, asses, manage, and maintain an active real estate portfolio.
We have real marketplace and property experience throughout 17 states and 32 market MSA’s with a predominate focus on Midwest and Southeastern States. In 2004 as Midwest-Properties we started to acquire assets through on and off market sources with a focus for value added real estate and in some cases, retail development, relocation, and expansion work.
